Logo design for Greg Barrett

Greg Barrett is a self employed professional photographer from Sydney’s beautiful Bondi Beach offering services in studio and portrait photography as well as weddings and other events.

As part of his new branding, the above mark was developed for his new logo design. Below are some alternate ideas that were explored.

a, f, g : various ideas revolving around looking through a cameras view finder.
b : a photo album monogram.
c : a single film negative used as a monogram.
d : the tails ends of film strips forming a stylized gb.
e : film canister stamped with monogram.
h : Greg Barrett written around a lens in place of the usual manufacturer text.
i : monogram created from side view of film canisters.
