Well today’s the day, my partner and I are leaving Sydney and moving down to Melbourne, exciting. Less exciting is the 10 hour drive to get the car down there, but what can you do.

If you love your food and/or live in Sydney you might have heard of the restaurant Tetsuya’s. A few years ago we celebrated my birthday there and thought we might do the same again in a little over a months time.
I expected there to be a wait before a booking was available, Tetsuya’s has won countless awards and is considered one of the best restaurants in Australia, if not anywhere.
